Management Trainee
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE HIRING
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the assigned shift assisting in overall management.
- Commnunicate with guest, receive feedback and handle to improve customer satisfaction.
- Observe, correct and teach crew to establish customer satisfaction all throughout the shift.
- Examine food/beverage preparation and presentation.
- Stay on floor during shift.
- Diligent in report writing.
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least College Degree preferrably HRM, Food Beverage Service Management, and any Business Related course or equivalent
- Required skills: Customer relations, excelent communication skills, customer oriented, strong sense of integrity and attention to details, posses ability to manage and motivate team.
- Work experience in 24 hr Fastfood restaurant industry will be a plus but not necessary.
- Preferrably lives near C. Raymundo, Pasig Area.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for Store Crew who are:
- At least 15 years old.
- Currently studying (at least first year college)
- Living and/or studying near Barangay Caniogan, Pasig
- Available according to the store schedule
- Doing well in school
- Able to present themselves properly
- Eager to serve with a smile and ready to help customers
