Responsibilities

• Responsible for the assigned shift assisting in overall management.
• Commnunicate with guest, receive feedback and handle to improve customer satisfaction.
• Observe, correct and teach crew to establish customer satisfaction all throughout the shift.
• Examine food/beverage preparation and presentation.
• Stay on floor during shift.
• Diligent in report writing.

Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least College Degree preferrably HRM, Food Beverage Service Management, and any Business Related course or equivalent
• Required skills: Customer relations, excelent communication skills, customer oriented, strong sense of integrity and attention to details, posses ability to manage and motivate team.
• Work experience in 24 hr Fastfood restaurant industry will be a plus but not necessary.
• Preferrably lives near C. Raymundo, Pasig Area.

Responsibilities

• At least 15 years old.
• Currently studying (at least first year college)
• Living and/or studying near Barangay Caniogan, Pasig
• Available according to the store schedule
• Doing well in school
• Able to present themselves properly
• Eager to serve with a smile and ready to help customers
